So called to be Last Journal Entry

Saturday and Sunday, 26 and 27th October 2013
Since this might be my last journal, I would like to end all these by sharing something that I like. Marvel Superheroes and DC Comic superheroes. Both of these production's superheroes inspire me a lot in my real life. Their movies and books both captivate my attention a lot.I love them not just because of the ultimate powers they have but their determination in doing their missions. They always fought the obstacles ahead with a new spirit. That is what I love the most in them. With great power comes great responsibilities.......

Lost Journal

Friday, 25th October 2013
Well, I just lost all my entries from Tuesday to Thursday. To be more specific, I lost my thumb drive. I'll post all of them as soon as I recover my thumb drive.Well, I really feel bored even though exams are nearing me. How could one be bored when there are numerous things for someone to explore? Don't really know.

Monday, 21st October
Feeling tired. The day went well. Luckily, no one was sick. History didn’t repeat itself……

Sunday, 20 October 2013

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 18th, 19th and 20th October

Camping!!! Way better than the last one. I had real fun in the camping with my friends at there. It is also one of the best camping that I have gone before. The activities went very well and extremely awesome. We had jungle trekking and river crossing. The best one is obstacle because we were having our tasks done in midst of the downpour. Felt a bit down as we were leaving but it is a very common feeling everyone will have. Feeling really tired.

Homework and all those assignments as usual. Nothing much to quote today….

Wednesday, 16th October

Well, for a change, I like to pour my thoughts on some issue. Gadgets! Right now, the technology is improving drastically and we are all moving at a fast pace. In one way, all of these bring numerous advancements in our daily life but having a glance at the long term effect, it gives a shiver to me. Besides the radiation produced by all these gadgets that tire us a lot, we communicate less to each other with these gadgets. The open sharing of thoughts is not taking place with all these gadgets being introduced. The end of all these is still a mystery but I am just afraid that Albert Einstein’ quote will be a reality. "I fear the day technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots."

Tuesday, 15th October

It’s time to pack and go back. After the glorious three days, I have to part with my family. I took a bus to Tasik Bandar Selatan with my sister. From there, I took the KTM to UKM station with my seniors and had a lift from the station to Permatapintar from one of the senior’s uncle. Played badminton and I had no energy to play which made me feel terrible when playing.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 12th, 13th and 14th October

Having my three daily entries compiled into one. For the past three days, I have been having fun with my family. Even though, I brought a few books along to my home from the hostel but I didn’t touch them at all. These three days have been useful to release my stress. Tell me, how many times you can have the chance to meet your siblings when they have entered their tertiary education.

Friday, 11th October 2013

Final day for handing in the Sejarah video project. Well, I am used to complete my work at the eleventh hour. However, this time it was not because of me and it was partly because of my teammates’ fault. I was the one who have to give them a push. I think it is a part and parcel of a student’s life…

Thursday, 10th October 2013

The event of the day is….Hall of Thoughts. Just being sarcastic. This program conducted by Mr. Hasrul is creating a platform for the students to talk out their opinions or whatsoever in their mind. I still felt bored throughout the program no matter what.

Sunday, 6th October 2013
I woke up late and completed some of my assignments. I had a feeling that the week is going to be tough. I don’t know why but it’s just that my inner instinct tells me so. No matter what is that, I go to face the hurdles strong as possible. Well now, I am feeling determined.

Wednesday, 9th October 2013

Beginning to develop an immense interest in Physics. The reason for this is still unknown. Maybe because I just love it badly.

Tuesday, 8th October 2013

Today, we had a forum. Actually, the forum gave a really good opportunity for the students to clear all their doubts about the Permatapintar program with the administrators .To be honest, I don’t think that all of us used the opportunity as well as possible. At the end of the forum, I felt inspired and walked out with a new spirit. As usual, the spirit just faded off as soon I reached the hostel.

Monday, 7th October 2013

Another motivational speech by Dr. Melor focused to the Level 2 as well as the Level 1. Accounts class was terrible as usual. Nothing to say much with assignments piled on my table.

Saturday, 5th October 2013

Well, the day went fine with spending my time with my beloved parents. I had a peaceful and fun day the morning and noon and I left my cousin’s house. What I learnt from here is that spending time with your family members and relatives is sort of fun even the time we spend with them is short. Short but precious.

Friday, 4th October 2013

The final day had just arrived. Feeling elated that I had learned a lot of things for the past week. At  the same time, I am feeling sad that I had to part from the students from different schools and instructor especially Oscar. Life has to move on. We had a perfect closing ceremony and I soon I will be following my parents to my cousin’s home.

Thursday, 3rd October 2014

Finally, I’m feeling better to summarise whatever happened the whole week. The students were divided in to four groups and each group was assigned with one instructor. My group’s instructor is Dr. Oscar Pineda-Catalan preferably known as Oscar or Sir Oscar. For the past four days, we were able to form a strong bond with him. Learning from him was extremely fun. He was a knowledgeable person and he is very encouraging at all times. If a student does any mistake, he pushes him or her to do better and encourages very well. I am definitely happy to get him as my instructor. In the program, we were able to meet young scientists from Malaysia itself. They guided us very well on how to do research and shared their experiences as well. Tonight, we had a dinner with some VIP. Most of them were from KPM and some of them were sponsors from bodies like Petronas and Sime Darby. The program organized by Permatapintar Negara TM in collaboration with New York Academy of Science is a wonderful one.

Wednesday, 2nd October 2013

The worst condition ever experienced. The urge to vomit was throughout the program until I got a remedy from my father. Drank salt water. Felt better after that.

Tuesday, 1st October 2013

The workshop was getting better and only I was getting sick.

Monday, 30 September 2013

Monday, 30th September 2013

Feeling quite terrible. Received a disastrous news that many of the Form 4s are feeling sick with some of them having diarrhea and vomiting blood. Some were even hospitalized if I am not mistaken. The reason for this is still unknown. I am having a slight headache and diarrhea too. On top of this, the water here is contaminated too. The worst part is that I have to attend the Nobelist Mindset Workshop 2. Well, the workshop was not bad. The only thing is that I was feeling sick and unable to concentrate that much.

Sunday, 29th September 2013

The camping was sort of fun. Only disappointment was there were not many enjoyable activities. But, it is quite understandable as it is a Red Crescent camping. Nevertheless, we had fun swimming in the river every day during the camping. As far as I know, three of us lost our spectacles in the river and retrieved it back luckily. Thanks to the stones in the river, the spectacles were not able to move far from the place we lost it. Jungle trekking was also a memorable experience in the camping. Feeling quite tired after the travelling. Got to doze off soon and be ready for the Nobelist Mindset Workshop 2.

Friday, 27th September 2013

Camping day!!!! Hope it will be fun and filled with activities. Sometimes doing strenuous activities are fun if you are with your friends. Well, got to go now to catch the bus for the first camping at Permatapintar. I won’t be able to write for Saturday so I got to merge it together with Sunday’s entries.

Thursday, 26th September 2013

Today, there weren't many activities to attend. We were informed that a new Linear Algebra sir was teaching the whole batch but there are three different sessions in a day itself. I wonder how he will be teaching us…..

The biology debate about the cloning raised my curiosity to a higher level. If cloning could be done, and suppose someone clones himself or herself, will the humans will be safer or exposed to a danger zone. Well, this had been an ongoing debate among the scientist themselves. It’s good to try something new because you will never know until you try something. People say that necessity is the mother of invention. Are we really in a situation where we need clones so desperately. Clones can be used for medical purposes but humans will be dependent on the clone and this could be leading the human race to the dark side.

Just come across another Ylvis song…Jan Egeland. It was completely hilarious and it is too now. It’s just a wonder how a guy could write these types of lyrics which don’t make sense and catchy…..

Tuesday, 24th September 2013

Physics class was back to an interesting period. The Hall of Thoughts was boring and interesting at the same time. It was a mixed feeling being there and hearing other students’ thoughts.  The fox song was really haunting me that I became addicted to it and the same goes with the Stonehenge song. The Norwegian brothers are awesome and sing very well. Just expecting them to sing a serious song .I’m sure that they will rock in that too and beat Gangnam's style record.  At night, I prepared for the biology debate a bit and dozed off very soon. To me, sleep comes first and the rest comes later except for really crucial moments. What’s the meaning of Stonehenge? Still wondering…

Monday, 23rd September 2013

I had a very lengthy assembly which made my legs ache a bit. Nonetheless, the advice given by Dr. Melor was a satisfactory to me. It was a quite a sad and happy news that my Biology mark was deducted two marks which made my grade drop from A+ to A. I was delighted because I knew that I didn't study at all for biology and do not deserve such an outstanding result.  I buckled up for chemistry quiz tomorrow. Life is full of tests but as what Thomas Edison quoted, a single sheet of paper can never determine your future. Well, that’s a true saying but I believe that you have to give the best you could which I don’t do at times.
